You’re Not Alone Psychiatry

Your Story Matters.

The Gate is open, step inside.

Welcome. I’m Dr. Lisa Hake, a board-certified integrative psychiatrist and founder of You’re Not Alone Psychiatry, a place of quiet refuge in a noisy world. Whether you’re navigating grief, anxiety, burnout, trauma, or the quiet struggles no one else sees, this is a safe place to land.

Here, you’ll be met with warmth, presence, and professionalism—not pressure. I believe healing begins with connection, and that your story deserves to be heard without judgment.

This is a telepsychiatry practice, designed so that you can begin or continue your journey from the comfort and privacy of your own home in Oregon. No commute. No waiting rooms.

Just compassionate care that meets you where you are, wherever you are.

You don’t have to carry it all by yourself.
Let’s begin.

An Invitation to the Inner Cabin

Come in, come home.

This is a place built from my imagination to yours.

In dreams, a house often symbolizes the psyche with each room representing a different aspect of the self. The attic might hold your memories; the kitchen, your nourishment; the reading nook, your inner reflection; and the path to the cabin, your readiness to arrive.

This cabin is that dream-house.

It’s a place of refuge, insight, and restoration; a quiet inner lodge where you can come home to yourself.

As you explore, you may notice there’s no single path, only signposts pointing toward what calls you now. Whether you enter through the door of integrative psychiatry, psychotherapy, or a sense of longing you can’t yet name, you’re welcome here.

There’s no rush, the fire is still warm and the tea’s on.

When you’re ready…cross the bridge and come the rest of the way home.

Trail Map of Care

Meet Me

I’m Dr. Lisa Hake, a board-certified psychiatrist with a lifelong passion for helping people find healing, meaning, and peace of mind. My path to psychiatry hasn’t been conventional and that’s part of what shapes the care I offer today.

As Director of Psychiatry at a 108-bed residential facility, I led care for individuals living with serious mental illness, brain injury, and progressive neurodegenerative conditions.

My practice blends evidence-based psychiatric treatment with depth-oriented, creative approaches to healing.

Welcome to The Reading Nook

Come in and settle by the fire.

The Reading Nook is a cozy corner of the site for anyone walking the line between logic and longing, science and soul. There’s no rush here. Browse the shelves, sip a cup of tea or cocoa, linger by the hearth and follow whatever trail feels true.

With you in mind, I’ve gathered a collection of references, from blog posts to book recommendations, as kindling for your fire.

The cabin is open, take what you need.
